1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between premyo77 and any individual who accesses or uses the premyo77 website, mobile platform, or any associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

1.2 By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the premyo77 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

1.3 These Terms apply to all users of the premyo77 Platform, including registered members, guests browsing the Platform, and any person accessing the Platform from within the Republic of the Philippines or any other jurisdiction where such access is lawful.

1.4 premyo77 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and participate in any real-money gaming activity on the premyo77 Platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and strictly enforced by premyo77. Any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from using the Platform.

2.3 Legal Capacity. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not subject to any court order, legal restriction, or self-exclusion program that would prohibit your participation in online gambling.

2.4 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on premyo77:

• Persons under 21 years of age;

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on the premyo77 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. premyo77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.4 Account Verification. Real-money deposits, wagers, and withdrawals may be restricted until your account has been fully verified. premyo77 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where verification cannot be completed to the Company's satisfaction.

3.5 Non-Transferability. Your premyo77 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account.

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose your login details to any third party.

4.2 You agree to notify premyo77 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. premyo77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account prior to such notification.

4.3 premyo77 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from premyo77 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

4.4 All transactions carried out through your account using your correct login credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you, unless you have previously notified premyo77 of a security breach.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. premyo77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), and bank transfer through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be accepted subject to availability.

5.2 Prohibited Payment Methods. In compliance with Philippine regulations, premyo77 does not accept credit card deposits for gambling purposes. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are not accepted on the premyo77 Platform.

5.3 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change. premyo77 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with premyo77's standard processing times. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank.

5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the completion of KYC verification. premyo77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Funds derived from bonus credits are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.

5.6 Currency. All transactions on the premyo77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

5.7 Anti-Money Laundering. premyo77 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. premyo77 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. premyo77 may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. 6.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. premyo77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players as soon as reasonably practicable.

6.6 One Bonus Per Household. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or shared payment method. Multiple accounts created to claim the same bonus will be treated as a violation of the single account policy.

7.1 Game Availability. premyo77 offers a range of casino games including but not limited to live dealer games, slots, crash games, bingo, and table games. The availability of specific games may vary and is subject to change without notice.

7.2 Random Number Generation. 7.3 Game Malfunctions. 8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the premyo77 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or to facilitate any illegal transaction;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing premyo77 staff or other players;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

8.2 premyo77 reserves the right to investigate any suspected prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

9.1 All content on the premyo77 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of premyo77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

9.3 The premyo77 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Company. You may not use any premyo77 trademark without the prior written consent of the Company.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, premyo77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.2 premyo77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your premyo77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 premyo77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude premyo77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11.1 premyo77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial hardship or personal distress.

11.2 Age Restriction. The premyo77 Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. We employ robust age verification measures and will immediately close any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21.

11.3 Responsible Gaming Tools. The following tools are available to all registered players through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period;

12.1 Termination by premyo77. premyo77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines in its sole discretion that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

12.2 Termination by Player. You may close your account at any time by contacting premyo77 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to Sections 8, 9, 10, and 14.

12.4 premyo77 reserves the right to retain transaction records and account information for a period of at least five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with applicable Philippine record-keeping requirements.

13.1 premyo77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, premyo77 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

13.2 Your continued use of the premyo77 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.2.

13.3 The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the premyo77 website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and premyo77, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting premyo77 customer support. premyo77 will endeavour to respond to and resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

14.3 Regulatory Complaints. If a dispute cannot be resolved through premyo77's internal complaints process, you may refer the matter to PAGCOR or the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

14.4 Jurisdiction. Subject to Section 14.3, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the processes described above.
